I fall into the habit of eating the same things all the time. I’m a creature of habit you see, and it’s easy just to make the same things over and over again. However I decided to to make the usual pesto, chicken and pasta a bit more interesting. Who knew that by just adding creme fraiche it would taste completely different.

So simple fry off chicken in your usual way, once it’s cooked through slice a few cherry tomatoes in half and stir until soft. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of pesto and 2-3 tablespoons of creme fraiche to the pan. Mix it around until it comes together.  Serve with pasta and there you go a creamy pesto alternative.
